Hello,
We currently have a Telrad TVSE that in the past i have setup external SP15 phones for remote users. I just setup a user with one and she can connect from the outside, but when she dials you don't hear audio. If she uses the phone on the LAN it works fine.
I checked the firewall and it seems to be passing the traffic using UDP 6000. I have also opened the following ports within the firewall. 50505 5060 80 22 6000 - 6099 21
Any idea's on what it could be?

When you tried it on the lan, was it on the same laptop? I have seen some laptops/desktops that have security updates from microsoft that block the audio. You might try wireshark if you don't think it is the laptop, that may give you a clue where to look.

I tried two different laptops on the LAN and they both worked. I tried wireshark ealier and it when i dialed an extension it shows the port going to 6000 for the voice but i don't hear anything.

6000 should be allowed by the firewall in both directions. The problem is in your firewall.

Your site might be set to direct. Set it to indirect for that station.

I can only think of 3 things it could be. 1) Firewall issue 2) Site code 3) Network Topology
Try connecting to a different locations TVSe may give you a resolve of the firewall issue.
