Hello,
We currently have a Telrad TVSE that in the past i have setup external SP15 phones for remote users. I just setup a user with one and she can connect from the outside, but when she dials you don't hear audio. If she uses the phone on the LAN it works fine.
I checked the firewall and it seems to be passing the traffic using UDP 6000. I have also opened the following ports within the firewall.

22
6000 - 6099
21
Any idea's on what it could be?
