Allworx procedure for transferring a call to voicemail is somewhat difficult for the end user. Use this procedure to map a voicemail transfer key.
config>personal speed dial>0>digit to dial is 3>name is VM transfer
Phone system>handsets>View config>modify buttons>select button to become voicemail transfer key>select function>personal speed dial>reboot phone
To use: While on a call hit transfer>voicemail transfer>dial mailbox number.
