Thanks for the reply, JB. It is a version 7.3x , but I've tried tinkering with every packet/inband setting and can't get the UCD group number to send.
I set up a coverage key when they first asked for VM. This customer is very used to 'auto answer', and the coverage option wasn't very appealing to them because of the need to press a button to answer a call. I guess they will just have to get used to it.
