Wireless laptops slow on the third floor when the modem is installed in the basement. Wireless/Wired laptop/computer is physically slow ... because it has like 9,000 virus' on it. Any UL listed cable should provide the service you require - its more the installation method then the cable. But, make sure to use Riser rated cable when required by code...and UV protected outdoor cable when doing outside runs.
