I am trying to re-use a AT&T Intuity Audix that will eventually connect to a Merlin Legend. When I start the Intuity, it runs through some diagnostic, and comes to a prompt for Console Login and then asks for Password. I am assuming this is a Unix login, but I have no clue of any default, backdoor or how to reset the Console Login and password. Any help would be appreciated.

it could be anything!, try craft for login and crftpw for the password, if that dosen't work you will have to get avaya to dial in and set a new password and login. also if the intuity was intergrated on a different system like say definity?, you will have to get a intergration kit to allow it to work with legend.

I hope you can help me. I've been working on this all week. I am the system administrator.
I'm trying to set up a voice mail so that the caller can do things like:
Press 1 to dial by name
Press 2 to dial another extension
Press 0 to be directed to the operator
AND I WANT THEM TO BE ABLE TO STAY ON THE LINE TO LEAVE A VOICE MAIL MESSAGE!!
I set the user's extension up as a Class 11 so I could get to the 3rd page where you fill in the choices you want it to do.
Everything works OK except it never gives the caller the option to actually leave a voice mail message for this extension.
Any ideas????????
Thanks so much!

Shouldn't this thread be "sanitized" for everyone's benefit?
