Hi All,

I have a client that wants to admin his ivp8. He is digitally handicapped and I am afraid he will make a mess if he connects via lap top.

Can he navigate through the fields like DND via box 999? I did not see any word in the admin manual about same.

Also, does anyone have the access codes to the old CCI 2000 vm system? Of so please PM.

Thanks in advance

Yes you can change things like DND ...each user can change things like DND , through there own mailbox (user options)

Thanks for the reply Steve. I knew about the personal box changes. This guy wants control over the system from his spot in the universe.

So just to confrim, can he access his employees MB's to change user options via the 999 admin box?

Thanks in advance.

He cannot change the user options for each mailbox from 999. Just call it once and listen to the admin prompts from 999 and you will see what the options are. He can lock and unlock users so they cannot change the options themselves but this will also lock them out of retrieving their messages. He would have to know each user's password to be able to change the user options.

I don't think there is an option in the admin box to change user's options like DND or call screening.

Thanks everyone. I remember someone saying that he could do it, never could find it on the menu, thought maybe there was a special tech go around for it. Must have been tall tech tale.

I appreciate all of the responses.

You can't do it from box 999 , but you can do it through each mailbox.
