ok my friend said he is going to give me some type of gell filled cable so i will try that any other suggestion is welcome
thanks everyone for your help
this is my next troubleshooting step 1 replace the cat 5 cable with the jell filled cable my cable friend is giving me 2 re-trace the entire 1500ft wire to see where they spliced it and how i can bet they just put some electrical tape or maybe a wire-nut on it, i will post more when i visit my home thursday
