According to the manual:
1. Flip the switch on the KSU from "SET" to "PROGRAM"
2. Dial 99 on the first extension - "ALL CLEAR?" will be displayed
3. Press "STORE" to clear system

EDIT: Sorry, that was for the KXT308. I'm not seeing the method if you don't have the programming password for a KXTD308... I'm kind of thinking a factory reset involved connecting to the serial port and running some commands from there. However, I might be thinking of the voicemail!

I have a KX-TD308 that I could use for a testbed for antique phones. I'm more familiar witht he TA series. I don't have the password, which was apparently changed from default. The reset button does not get me back to default. I see no hidden hard reset button, although there is a mysterious jumer by the coin battery.
Is there some way to do a hard reset on the PBX, to clear all programming? Or possibly is the reset button just defective? TIA. -- Alan

Ok, I wasn't sure of your knowledge on the systems. Like I said the 7070 was never sold here so you'll have to look for it if it was ever released. If the 5.03 was released for the North American market then there probably never was a release for it

Appreciate the help, I recall some of the mp10 files for the 7100 that could be used but not all, the 7070 had it's own complete set, think I still have v5.01 somewhere here.

I have a good understanding of all the Samsung PBX systems, just need the 7070 software, the file changing "software" is not for this purpose, it was merely to take any 7030 from v4.92 to v4.93, that is easy. Getting the 7070 soft is impo as the 7070 was sold by mostly in S.A

The latest Google Maps Street view shows the store in a small strip mall. It is across the street from the First Baptist Church of Littleton.

The first download the T503 is for the 7030. As for how to do it you can look at the file changing the 7030 file system to learn how to upload it and install it to the system.
Do you have any experience working with the system?

The 7070 was never released here in North America so I can't tell you where to get that or if it was ever released.

I *think* it's in the "MP 03/10a/20/20s/40 T503 Software" section but don't know Samsung terminology myself. I should be able to get some answers next week and reply.

Have a bit of a hail mary situation and I'm hoping someone can help. A healthcare client of mine has finally agreed to upgrade their 20 y/o Axxess system with 50+ stations. This will be early next year.
In the meantime, there are call routing changes that they need completed, and I would also desperately like to take a db backup. Their original installer is no longer in business, and the retired individual from that company they would call for changes has sadly passed away. I do have DB studio for 11.010 which I obtained from working on another client's system, but this particular CPC reports that it is running 8.235. Does anyone know how I can source the correct db studio version? I would be eternally grateful!

I have a client with a Vertical MBX, They hired a professional recording company to record AA prompts and VM greetings. I have uploaded the AA Prompts OK. however I am having issues locating any instructions or information on how to upload a VM Greeting. is it even possible to upload individual VM greetings to the MBX?

We have a great fiber to the home network in our corner of Frontierland with 500/500 for about $60 a month. So Vz buys Frontier, strips the fiber business out and sells the dial tone portion to somebody new? Deja Vu all over again.

Electronics Plus looks too good to be true in this day and age! Looks like parts of a Radio Shack store. I used to service phones in Acton Mass. up until a few years ago, had I known I would have stopped there if they were still in business! I wonder though with 2003, and they seem to specialize in CBs, and none of the links I tried work.
