Or you can contact an Avaya dealer and purchase a CD with the full version on it. Our most valuable products are our knowledge, experience and time.

SUPERTECH2000 Member Joined: Apr 2002 Posts: 147 Marlton,NJ	Here is the link on the Avaya web site. It says it is the WinSPM 4 to 5 patch, but it is also the full install. Download it and install and then get the other upgades to 9. One of the upgrades, either 5 to 6, or 6 to 7 has a registry file to install as well.
