I'm having trouble with a Magix rls 1.5 ver 6 using analog lines. Incoming calls are not disconnecting. Even after removing the line cord from the line ports the call stays active on the switch. I am hoping this has been clearly documented and addressed by Avaya, but I am not seeing it. Thanks for your help.

With loop-start lines you need to set the LS-Disconnect to YES. Default is NO.

Are you getting a disconnect signal from the CO? Put a meter on the line and see if the polarity reverses or the current goes to zero when the far end hangs up.

I did not check that. I removed the line from the switch on an active call and the switch did not disconnect. That leads me to believe that the switch is not working right.
