Was told today that in the IP Office basic world a user with a mailbox can only receive on message at a time even if the system has 2 or 4 voice mail port licenses. The 2nd caller in doesn't queue but may get disconnected. Any one have any insights?

I was told the auto attendant uses one port and doesn't release it instantly so a transfer call uses both ports for a total least a few seconds when the individual mail box picks up.
