Have a customer with an IP office 500V2 R8. They have a combination of 5420 phones and 9608 phones. The call log works fine for all the 5420 models, but the 9608 phones wont show missed calls. Shows every other call to these phones. Wont show any missed calls at all. Either internal or outside calls. ANYONE have any ideas on this?

Any chance call log is turned off in the user rights group for your 9608 phones?
