does anyone know if a single line set on a Legend 4.0 can auto ringdown to an MLX set in voice announce mode?? In other words the handset on the s/l is lifted and will voice announce to a MLX set????

That is a RELEASE 5.0 Feature, not available in R4.0.
Of course, a processor upgrade is not very expensive.
