Also make sure that in the Admin Mailbox (access through the phone only) that the Time Mode is set to Automatic Mode.

Automatic mode switches from Day greeting to Night greeting through the Voice Menu settings.

If you chose Day Mode, then the VM with not play the Dat greeting, but the FIXED day greeting which is a different Voice Menu completely.

When you check out the Voice Menu Admin screen and F10 to Page Up you can see the other setting and Voice Menu's that are pre-programmed.

I figured out the problem. The Time Mode was fixed at Day constantly. It is working now.
