Hello,
We recently had huntgroup removed from our phones because we were facing some challenges with forwarding our lines after hours.
In addition to that we had call waiting placed on each of our telephone lines. However, when a second call comes through to a line that is in use, I don't know how to answer that incoming call. Pressing the switch hook when you hear a beep only disconnects the current call, and does not switch to the new incoming call. Does anyone know how I would be able to answer that second incoming call without disconnecting the caller on the line?

Program a "link" key on the phone. Link = Hookswitch Flash.
