It has been removed from the ring group (L1 ~ L3 are in ring group 1, "back-line" is in ring group 2).

DRT is set to 4 rings. Isn't this setting set-based? I don't have the back-line programmed to ring on any sets that have VM.

I meant to say: Isn't DRT system-wide? Not sure the client wants to have callers waiting longer than 4 rings to hear the AA. I think I'm looking for a line-specific setting, no?

Danny, Create Table 2 with that line to ring in as many times as you wish and assign VM DN to answer that Ring group as well. Record a Greeting " You have reached Bla, Bla Company. Please press ** follow your ext.# and password to retrieve your messages"

Set DRT to no and see what happens. The AA will still answer at 4 rings.
