I can't get into a Flash (think mini )that I put in years ago. Cust. wants to have cos changes done but didn't know the admin password and I can't find my manual with the code reset digits. Can someone send me the code? Thanks

What? A mini is a mini with one port and 24 mailboxes.
A flash has two places to plug in cords even if it is not equipped with the 2 port expansion.
A flash would have a "pull out box circuit board" for lack of a better term about 4 inches square. If you have a four port "flash" that "pull out box circuit board"would have the number 4 on it.
Now what do you have?
Hint: A mini starting up would give off the sound of a hard drive starting, a flash would give off less sound than a portable radio at minimum volume totally encased in six feet of bubble wrap and tossed the dumpster with the lid closed and you standing at least six and one half feet away.
