I set up a mailbox for outbound transfer, greeting tells customer to press 7 to reach the on call with the cell phone, message states not able to no available, do I need a routing table, also what are the exact steps just want to make sure I programmed everything correctly.

The error message we are getting states the routing info is not valid I hope this helps.

Check to make sure all lines are supervised. If using a line pool to transfer the call, make sure you have lines assigned to the pool.

Yes you need to create a destination code. You'll find it under routing services.

We have a BCM 400 and did not need to program any sort of routing or destination codes to get outbound transfer from a mailbox to work. Just designated the pool to use and the number to outdial.
External call forward from a phone does require routing to be setup.
