When voice mail answers my call and I press # for the directory; I get a message that option is not recognized. Is there a option in the mail to activate the # sign. Customer wants to use the director on the voice mail :bang:

On the default programming of a flash using all the normal feature configuration, the pound key should work for the directory. What version is the flash? It is definitley not a flash lite correct? When you say the voicemail answers, a greeting like number 1 answers, correct?

Have the users been set up to be in the directory and are their mailboxes initialized?

Directory is probably disabled. Press 4 from main set up menu to re-enable.

Use feature 983 and press 4. That should get you to the menu where you can scroll through and find if the directory is enabled
