I bought a second hand Norstar-Plus Modular ICS system. I want to default the system but no one knows the password because the default password has been changed by pre-installer. I did startup no chance to get in. Is there any way to do that without using RAD?

You'll have to reinit everything by doing a startup. You must do the startup within 15 minutes (I think) of powering the unit on. ------------------ North Florida Communications

A RAD would be the easiest solution. You can also disassemble the KSU and short out the memorey capacitor. Some people frown on doing a direct short.

Big round thing on the main board. You have to disassemble the whole case. You sure you want to do this?
