Hi Guys,

I have new install AVAYA for user in B site, but before installation end user using Nortel system in B site. Now,B site using AVAYA IPO 500.
I face the problem below that:

--------------------------------------

A site user dial to B site trunk access work fine through T1 tie line, but they need waiting 3 sec dial each digi.
e,g: A site user dial 3(Router A)+1(Router B)---wait 3 sec---> dial 9(B site AVAYA trunk access) ---> heard dial tone then dial to outside number 12345678 -- ok fine.

But A site user don't want wait 3 sec for access B site dial tone, they want consecutive dial to B site access trunk(user completed dial digi then system auto sending digi in B site)

---------------------------------------

A site user consecutive dial to B site trunk fail through T1 tie line
e,g: A site user consecutive dial 3(RouterA)+1(Router B)+ 9(B site AVAYA trunk)+12345678(B site outside call) fail dial.
when A site user dial 319 but B site AVAYA can't consecutive dial 12345678,it discard 12345678.

It is my face problem now,why B site AVAYA IPO 500 can't consecutive dial 12345678?
And how to setup Enbloc/Overlap Sending in B site AVAYA?Or Enbloc Hold timer before sending digi?

----------------------------------------

Oh...My God

Enabling Enbloc

You can enable or disable your en-bloc dialing setting through the phone's Features menu.
1. Press the Features soft key if shown. To do this during a call, press the key phone PHONE key and then press the Features soft key.
2. Use the up arrow up and down down arrow arrow keys to highlight Call Settings. Press Select.
4. Use the up arrow up and down down arrow arrow keys to highlight En-Bloc Dial.
5. Use Change button to select On or Off.
