I have a job that I need 1500' of 100 pair cable for inside usage. I'm not having any luck finding a supplier does anyone know where this is sold? At least #24 gauge.

Looks like Clifford of Vermont was renamed "Power & Tel Enterprise". Their website shows 1 listing for 100 pair CAT3 cable (General). Graybar should have Commscope/Systimax and Superior Essex available.

I've gotten some from Arthur not to long ago. Try him.

I'm all out, sorry. How about running four 25-pair cables? 25-pair is easy to find, and is probably cheaper per foot than the equivalent pair count in 100-pair.

Power and Tel (Clifford) has always been my go-to for stuff like that. Just tell them how much you need and they will cut it or they may already have something close. Prices are the best you are going to get.

This if for an electrician in the area and I already tried to get them to use 50 pair that is not an option they want to continue with the same that is already in place.

I'll contact Power and Tel. Ever since they change from Clifford I never think of them.

Thanks you all for the advice.

Will the electricians be doing the terminations? shocked

No Jeff I will be doing all terminations. This electrician has pulled several cables for me I can't imagine trying to do that work that stuff is weighs a lot.

Pingable, it's funny that you should ask. I just completed a 600 X 400 X 200 pair copper splice in a manhole using 710SC1-25 modules earlier this week. Copper is alive and well in campus environments.

Your question is quite legitimate though, and thank you for asking. People don't realize how much goes on in this industry behind the scenes.
