Merritt,
Its a designer looking faceplate that maybe be speced by an architect or interior designer.
I couldnt find a Lutron faceplate that had a data or voice jack capability.

If you mean Decora, you can get a keystone plate that the jacks snap in to.
I just got off the phone with Roger at Lutron tech support. His answer is "We have no idea, but when you find out, would you let us know?"

(sigh)

Most manufacturers known for electrical hardware, i.e: Leviton, Hubbell, Lutron, Eagle (Cooper), P&S, etc. tend to follow the traditional keystone jack dimensions. They might not be a perfect fit, but they are pretty much interchangable with each other and with ICC and generics brands.

I only thought Lutron made dimmers but apparently they now have an entire line of devices to match them.

Dig further and they say that their Decora style inserts also are compatible with Hubble Xcelerator and snap-fit connectors. So I guess what fits a Hubbel plate might fit Lutron.

If it were me I would just use a Leviton Decora insert and Leviton jacks- as long as your customer doesnt want that baby puke pink color. puke
