I need help on fixing a problem I caused. While transferring a call I accidently hit #7 instead of just 7. Now my number is on the persons phone I was transferring to.
I answered a call and then hit transfer and the extension number. I then hit # 7.
Since our compnay can't find the manual can anyone help me?
Thanks
Try dialing # from your phone. It sounds like callback request was activated.
Thanks, I appreciate the help, that worked.

We have the Elite System and got the time changed. Now, how do I change the names that appear on the screen for the extentions?
I'm sorry, but what does that mean?
That means MEMORY BLOCK #4, data #18. If you are asking what those mean, you should call a technician for support.

I know about programming but not when I start a new job and no one knows how to program the phone. The manual isn't any help either. Now, can you help me?
Do you know how to get into system programming on the system you have there?
Scott
If not, then I am unable to help because it involves passwords that are prohibited from posting here.

Is there any way to tell me how to get to the system programming without involving passwords?
Hi, we have an NEC Dterm 80. Does anyone know how to program all 4 lines for call forwarding to a cell phone after hours?
