I have searched to no avail, and cant come up
with the options presented or documented by 30022.
I did find out the hard way that some prompts have been changed.
Does anybody have all new features and list of prompt numbers handy ?
Both Vodavi and Vertical tech sites list nothing.
TJ,
I believe they have the addendum to the STSe manual on the Vertical CCC site. Let me know if you can't find it and I'll look for it when I get back to the office.

Yep, found it. Thanks Larry.
Did they change the flash inskin? I didn't see anything new on Vodavi's site.
Yep, sure did.
Nice they sent out a Tech revision or E sheet.
Go to CCC site under STSE manual it is listed there.
The card has the material code 3534-00 as always,
but has some added features as well as expanded
memory.
The only way to tell is put lap top on it and look at item. 7 under version in admin.
That's correct it is not on Vodavi site. It is version 30022.
I must be an idiot. I looked at Vodavi's site under the STS and didn't see a single new document after May of 07.
It is not on Vodavi's site. It is on the Vertical CCC.
It figures, why would Vodavi's documents be on Vodavi's site?
I wonder if the current cards may be updated with the new software?
No. It is my understanding that the new software is only for the new cards with increased memory.
I suppose Vertical is no longer updating the Vodavi site.
20053 (or below) is for the 3 hour unit
30022 (or above) is for the 6 hour unit
The prompts are different, so a 3 hour unit can not be "upgraded" to Version 30022. There is also a difference with chip ID and memory mapping between the 3/6 boards which "may" cause memory addressing issues. They are 2 different boards with 2 different versions, is the CCR time out option worth chancing another returned unit?
IMO, they did it poorly. The part numbers are still 3534-00 & 3038-00. The only way to tell is the software version screen or a remaining recording time >3 hours. And it has already caused a few questions.
our first realization that something had changed was when we tried to set up a temporary greeting for a customer who occasionally needed to override the auto-attendant. we used to show folks how to dial in remotely and change the notification mode to mode 3 so it would play the temp greeting instead. now it seems that option has been removed, requiring you to manually change each port.
or did we miss something?
On Version 30022 you can try:
Option 3 - Auto Attendant Configuration
Option 2 - Temporary Greeting
Enter port # "0"
You should hear "All ports are set for Temporary Greeting"
All ports should then play Greeting 3
Is this what your looking to do?
yes, that is exactly what i was looking to do. never occurred to me to try port zero! much thanks..
Does anyone have a copy of this or the link on CCC? that they can PM me? I haved looked all over the CCC site and cant find it. not sure if its even still there. Thanks
Never mind. Vodavi just called and told me its now on there website.
Well after being told that the Manuel v 2.0 had the change in it. I must be blind because I cant find it anywhere. If anyone has a copy of this addendum can you please PM me or post a link to it? Thanks.
STS Thanks. But I have been there and can't find it. Called Vertical and Vodavi tech support also and neither can find it anymore.
