how do i make an analog phone ring on incoming call from outside pbx
I am able to make it ring on inside calls by putting it in the coverage group but not outside. even tried bridged appearance..
support say build hunt group and put attd in group with analog. but this did not work.
Also tried and checked cos etc..

oh, since i forgot to add. I am trying to make it ring when console is ringing..

If the phone is set a 2500, you could try adding a bridged appearance as its line appearance.
Why does the phone have to be analog?

tried that also but only console was ringing... any other ideas customer is getting impatient thanks..
going back tomorrow to try again to make console and analog phone ring.. from outside caller. only inside is still working..
reason for being analog . it is just what the customer and my boss decided to use not my planning..
