I need to change a customer who has VM pick up on 4 rings pick up immediatly. I couldn't find it under lines/trunks, honestly this is my last legend I take care of and I just cant remember - as always any help is greatly appreciated.

The business of whether VM picks up immediately or on a delayed basis is controlled by the PBX.
For POTS lines, delayed Auto Attendant is usually achieved by putting the trunks or pool in a Calling Group (say 771 as an example) and then overflowing that group to 770 using a time-based control. In your case, I would expect to see time control overflow in 771 to be set for 20, since 20 seconds is about four rings.
To change this to an immediate answer scenario, simply remove the trunks from 771 and add them to 770. You will probably also have to log into the Administrator's mailbox and remove mailbox 771 (which will have Automated Attendant #1 assigned to it).
That's my best guess anyway, and I hope that all this joggles your memory. If not, there is plenty of talent on the board that you might want to contact for remote assistance.
