We have a Magix R2 V2 and are trying to add second Attendant console to board 01 which is 412 LS-TDL (trying to use 4412D). We are trying to use port 5 (0105) as a DLC console and no matter what we do it won't take..Console 1 is a 20L. Do we need the same type set to make this work, we have tried everything and it just won't take.
Any suggestions as to what might be going on?

Yes, on a TDL, it must be a 4424D, but not necessarily an LD. Any other type will get you beeping and an incompatible message on the screen.

I was afraid of that Tommy..thought that was the problem. I think we will just put a 20L in there that way they will match and everyone will be happy, they were just trying to go the cheap route and use the 4412D. It would act like it was going to take but nothing would happen so figured software was saying..it's not the right set for an attendant..As usual thenks for your expert help!!!
