I know this is a repeat, but I want to forward a sets calls to the users cell phone. I made sure remote call forward is on for that set. I programmed the speed dial bin for that ext with a cell number. I did feature 11, pressed a button, dialed the ext number, dialed * 80(speed dial bin), but the call won't go. I tried just dialing feature 80 to test the speed dial and that doesn't work either. What am I missing with the speed dial number? The book says just dial feature 80-99 and dial in the number, but it doesn't show the number when I hit feature 80 to check and see if it is there. I am pretty sure other users have this set up(I am not onsite, working over the phone with the receptionist, as she needed it today).

To enter a speed dial:
From the ext your putting it on press feature 00, feature 80-99, enter the number then feature 00 back out of programing.

Then to forward:
Press feature 11, that ext number, 80-99

if I do feature 80 after the number is programmer, should it show me the number. As a way to double check what is there.

If you are out of programing and do feature 80 it will dial the number that is programed for feature 80.

Or if you are still in programing and do feature 80, then yes it will show you the number.
