hello guys i have a customer with a 5 line acs processor. they lost power with bad batteries. not sure if that is part of the problem. anyway the page code icm70 gets a busy signal sound. i ended up running it off the line 4 port but does anyone know why the icm 70 wont work. thanks dave

There is no direct page port on a R7
The R7 allows you to program a page port from any line port
You need to re- assign the page port to a line port.
Go look at the program you will see it.
Get them a backup card on this release or run a backup from internal memory.. That's if you saved it to begin with.
R7's remind me of nothing. The R7 already forgot it.
Admin the page jack feat 00 left int. twice #617 line number 05 or any line number that it's connected to. Then offer the customer the option of simultaneous page to groups in 71.. *70

Yeap, sounds like that R.7 needs to be flashed to a K.

i didnt put the thing in and im not familiar with the programs but it makes sense as to why it didnt work after a memory loss. i will change it next time im out there. thanks for this help. dave
