Hi:

I need to change our old PC with a new one.. the old one was running just fine, but when we try to test the new one, i get partially connected.

That is, it stops when it gets to printer options. As a result it disable my Quick Access menu.

I went to the log, i get the following message: 9.2 is not a floating point value.

I was wondering since it stops when it reachs Printer OPtions if i have to configure the printer or printer port.

I have access to the Standard configuration view. when to printer options, i got pc and teh otehr option i am not sure what was the name, but they both were in red...

that is all the info i can give you so far.thank you for any help

Did you copy your DATA & SITE DATA Files?

I would suggest that you first copy your DATA and SITE DATA Files to some where, then remove WINSPM completely, and then just to go ahead and download the R4 to R5 Upgrade, and then upgrade all the way to R9.

Then you can put your DATA & SITE DATA Files back, and you should be good to go.

Also, if you look at the other post about WINSPM in this forum, you will find a link to a FULL R9.
