Try this one on...we are using IP Agent Rev4, about 100 actively working. One group has an issue that if they want to use AUX Work Codes it locks up the IP Agent app and they have to shutdown IP Agent. We have figured out it conflicts with another must have app. Any ideas on memory mapping, registry hacks, anything that might fix this?

Yes. It does. IP agent and IP softphone don't play well with others. You'll chase your tail trying to find this issue. Try a fresh build of XP and reinstall both apps. Not sure what version of CM your running but IP Agent 7.0 is now out which may or may not solve your issues.
