Change they system to key mode. It depends on the amount of lines. This starts out as the key mode in pool.
There is a small trick. You need to assign the lines to stations. Without spm go to the console and allow the lines. Then do a copy to the Stations.
You can dial access in default if all the stations where 2500 type sets. Single line access.
You messed up! If you have voice mail you need a Avaya tech.. I can see see what you have. Nobody is going to fix it for free.
I can dial into switch to fix it. Even so this is is not a good remedy.

Actually, SA-Originate is on everything except the Operator station.
In Centralized Telephone Programming, you can select the button, then cycle through the choices until you find System Access Originate.
You may also need to remove the lines occupying the button just above SA-Voice, add the SA-O, then put the lines back.

Actually, Key Mode only has INTERCOM RING & INTERCOM Voice.
I think you may need a bit of planning and consultation to determine what you have and what you are trying to do.
And, as TTT said, the OPERATOR, (in Hybrid PBX Mode) does not have SA Originate.
Were you looking at the operator position?
