i have a magix with 6 operators and i can't seem to get them all to ring at the same time when someone dials "0". heck i can;t even get htem to ring together at all. am i missing some thing stupid?

Pull a group print. are they all in a group? Is that group set up as all ring? Is that groups extension set as the dial0/timeout action?

all 6 exts are in grp 771 and it is set to group ring. if i go to an ext and dial 771 nothing happens, i get ring back tone but no ext rings???? i know this is some thing stupid, i'll bet.

Give the problem a second to soak in, and listen carefully to gentlemen like Touch Tone Tommy. We have the answer, I assure you.
I would offer a useful reply, except that I feel there are too many details missing from your post to offer a solid answer. Take a big breath and tell us as much about the issue as you can. Start with defining the operator as your PBX understands it.
An operator position may be a "true" DLC or QCC operator OR it can be any old station that performs the functions of an operator without being defined as such. That distinction alone can determine how group ring works with these six stations.

WHat i am looking for is off hook ringing with these 6 operators, does that make any sense?
