I am new to this forum, so hello everyone. I have an issue that I was hoping to find a little help with. We have a Merlin Legend R7 phone system. When we place our system into night service mode, all calls are being answered by Merlin Mail, rather than the Auto Attendants we have setup. I.E. "Welcome to Merlin Mail, please enter extension and # sign. What would cause this to happen? Any help is much appreciated. :bang:

You may consider bringing in a tech to make the programming changes to correct your problem.
There is an installers link above,I assume your in Texas.

Well what a coincidence.
I just got back to Denver after spending the last week in Richardson.
But, I agree with KENB, you need help.
However, it can be done remotely.
