I am learning the Avaya and have a Partner ACS 103G Unit for training. I can't seem to find the Administration Port to plug my series of cables into. I have the 9 pin to 25 pin cable, and the 25 pin to RJ45 Cable. What port do I plug into to use the PC Admin Software?

R1 through R6 Avaya Partner ACS processors do not have a local Admin port.

You would need to use a dial-up connection and have a Remote Access PC card installed in slot #1 of the processor. Also, you will need to do some pre-programming of the system to allow remote access.

Programming the ACS is much quicker when done from an 18D or 34D set connected to either extension #10 or extension #11.

If you program via the software, you will need to power-cycle the processor to implement any changes.

I would think that if you are trying to learn the Partner system you would at least read the documentation first. Its all in there.

As Dexman says, don't waste your time. You don't need to program through a PC.

I know someone who is an ABSOLUTE EXPERT on Partner.

He more or less says that the PC Admin, is a waste of time.

Not to mention, not very reliable.

Take it for what it's worth.
