I'm starting to wonder if these Inter-tel system are really bad or did ETA just do a poor job programming all of our sites.
Another issue now with GoToWebinar, 1 of our locations is unable to dial the access code to enter a GoToWebinar or GoToMeeting. It says invalid access code, but yet all other offices get in fine.
When dialing 1-804-222-1111 and dial a few digits it does not recognize all of them. Is this a programming issue or a problem with the Phone company?
This is an Inter-tel 5000 system.

How is the outbound call routed, via local trunks or across nodes?
If it’s off-node, there could be an issue with DTMF settings. Go to System / Devices and Feature Codes / Node IP Connection Groups / Pxxx / IP Call Configuration.
Press F1 for details. Make sure each node is programmed correctly. Hint – take a screen shot before you change any settings, just in case you need to restore them.

We have 9 nodes total, and the 1 in question is the only one NOT listed in Node IP Connection Groups.

For the local node check: System / IP-Related Information / Call Configurations / Call Configuration 1.
Make sure the settings there match the remote node.

Any idea if training is still available on these systems? And if so contact and cost?

Configuration looks the same with 1 exception.
Echo Saturation Blocker is not listed on the problem node but is on the remote node. That's the only difference.

It’s important that the settings match, but is the configuration optimal for DTMF as described in the help screen?
Your systems are routing DTMF via VoIP, and then calling a VoIP conference service. I’ve never had an issue with this; anyone else have any thoughts?
