I have an Inter-tel Axxess system running 11.005. We have multiple sites networked, and the remote sites are running 8.224. The remote sites cross the network to access the PRI circuits from the data center.
I've had a couple of sites complain about calls where the person at the other end can't hear them, but they can hear that person. With the information I've been given, it seems these problems happen when they are using the PRI circuits. Station to Station calls between sites seem to be working fine.
Could this be an issue with an IPRC card, or PRI card? I'm stumped. It's so intermittent it's been really hard to track down. Any help would be appreciated.
