We have model DSS in our office here and someone hit a button on accident and now the main phone line will not stop beeping. It also sounds like constant static in the backgroud. The beeping stops when the handset is picked up, but continues when the handset is hung back up.
Any help would be GREAT!!!

My first thought Special 313 (turns background music off)
My second would be to default the phone special 395
If both fail to fix it please let us know exactly what system you have

I will try that when i get to work this morning.... It's an Inter-tel Axxess... and on the back it says the model is DSS ............

Don't I feel silly now.... It was just the music was on but the music player was not working... just making it beep!!! THANKS A BUNCH!!!
