Hello all,
I have a 9100 with a PRI. Using DID pointed to analog stations for fax machines. Currently when a fax machine is receiving a fax, it still rings In when a second call hits it. I looked in features and specs and it mentions DID camp-on , but I cant find it in any of the memory blocks.
I just want it to put out a busy when it's receiving a fax.
BTW, I did check to make sure it wasn't in any kind if busy forward state.
Thanks

You need to create a COS that doesn't allow a second call and assign it.
