I'm having an issue where when someone outside calls, our auto attendant picks up, it says "Dial 203 for the call-in line or if you know your extension you can type it now" When I dial 203 it works but if I dial another extension it does not work, why would this be?
I have no experience with these phone systems really but I started as an IT Specialist at a company and we had a power hit that rendered our old card in the phone system useless and I have been programming a backup one from scratch, this issue is the only thing I am missing to get it back to normal condition.
I did sign a contract for a VoIP system but they cannot get out here until late October of this year and many people within the company are needing the extension dialing working.
Thanks for your help and advice in advance.

What do you mean by "It does not work"? What happens when you dial an extension? Basically, you can only dial an extension from the Auto Attendant if that extension has a voicemail box.
If dialing 203 works, it should work for other extensions that have a voicemail box.
The Strata DK is not an easy system to program. I think that it would have been easier to get the other company out with their VoIP system sooner.

When I dial 203 it goes to the call-in voicemail line, When I dial another extension it says, "One second while I try that extension" It never rings and just loops back to the auto attendant. All of our phones here have a voicemail set up.
Unfortunately, there is road construction going on outside and the deal I have is for a fiber and VoIP contract so until they finish construction the department of transportation won't clear a permit to run a fiber line under the road.
Apologies for the late response.

OK. so 203 is a voicemail box. The voicemail is not able to dial an extensions.
I am a lot more proficient with the Stratra CIX line then the DK line.
I am guessing maybe it has something to do with the DTMF receivers, possibly.
What do you have for program 03 slot 00? A processor code 91 shows no dtmf receiver on board.

As David said check the DTMF receiver (RRCS) board on the Processor (RCTU) and make sure the correct one is selected in P03 slot 00 90 = 0 DTMF 91 = 4 DTMF 92 = 8 DTMF 93 = 12 DTMF
Also check the P31 has FB15-20 enabled on the SLT ports for the voicemail.
