Have a customer 1 hr away. I don't remember how to remote program with customer on ext 10 when he calls my cell phone. I did this years ago with tech support but don't remember how. Any old techs remember ? Thank you Gary S.

The customer at Ext. 10 (as long as they are on the handset, not the speakerphone), can enter the programming mode while speaking with you, becoming your eyes and fingers. You just have to remember the programming codes to step them through. There was at one time a device that allowed remote access of Ext. 10 for programming, an of course the Dial-up GUI that usually wouldn't connect to the modem in the Backup/Restore/Remote Access card.

T.T. Tommy. Thank you. The customer on ext 10 must have been on speaker phone. I tried on my test bench cabinet and could access program mode. Thanks Gary S.
