Ok so yes you can use a VRS message as a greeting and then queue calls, check mem block 22-14. As for the scrambled messages, you simply have the wrong format for the audio file.. I use Audacity to convert files as it is free. load in your audio file, make sure the sample rate is correct and resample if necessary (all can be found on Google) then export the audio file (don't save it) and in the first step of exporting it, you can choose whether it is Alaw or Ulaw (I can never remember which is the right one so I export twice, one in each) then load the resulting file and check (if still wrong try the other).

Ok thank you again

So far I have been able to to get it to auto play a VRS Recording as soon as the phone rings thank you so much

But unfortunately I have run into a few more snags..

1. I have not been able to get it to que calls if someone else calls while someone is waiting they get an engaged sound.

2. If the caller hangs up the phone before we can answer our phone will continue to ring even though there is no one on the other end until the handset is picked up.

3. The Ring Tone is the same as the Internal Page Ringtone now.

For the VRS messages it kept coming corrupted even though I thought I was doing it correctly through audacity

I found this website that works great https://g711.org/

I recorded it through audacity then ran it through that site and it worked not sure what I'm doing wrong there lol

I really appreciate all your help

Vortex
