I have a customer that swears he was able to toggle to headset mode while on a call. I've upgraded from their OS100 to a 7200s and now that doesn't seem to work. Is that by design or am I just missing a setting?

TIA

I've never tried but I don't see why you can't press the hdset key whilst on a call.
Depending on the headset it may have a switch to reroute the audio

Nope,

It doesn't go. While active audio is happening (ringing or conversation) it won't swtich to headset. When you press the button, nothing happens.
