All I did was add an IP ext 410, now none of my VM prompts are playing. VM is working, I can dial in and choose a destination from the DA table and it hits the target, but the prompts are not playing to the caller. Press VM at a station, no prompts. Voicemail is working but no prompts. What the heck is going on here?

I had a similar situation with an SL1100 after a power outage at a customer site - I tried several things including re-initializing and reloading from a backup. Nothing worked, VM would connect when dialed, but no prompts would play. I also found other areas of programming where information was missing. I ended up replacing the processor and reloading a backup from prior to the issue starting which fixed the issue.

Sorry Ken for not responding back sooner, I found the problem was I deleted ext 413 while I was renumbering ext's. 413 is the 1st voicemail in port 11-02-113. All set. Thanks
