Hy, can everyone help my brain, i forget the solution for correct the logged numbers in Phone log when the trunk ID is missing

All Calls in the Phone log are without the trunk Number, in my case (0)
Trunk = ISDN Group (0) with port 701/702
BRI Setting is National / ISDN

The number log as 012345, that is wrong, right number was 0 012345

What is the best way for correct this, every time when i redial or call back i have pain. (-;

This is to-do with the country and area code settings.
I can't remember the mmc off the top of my head.

Hy, Thank you for fast answer.
the same thing I remembered
I have set the Country code to 49, and not set the Area code. I try it with area code
Its not working, in the call log comes without any digits for Area or Coutry ?

Hy, i have set the contry code correct (49) in 2.1.5
always when i redial from phone call log, the call failed why number is wrong and the trunk (0) digit is missing.

Currently i take a workaround in Sip SBC, i overwrite the suffix with (00*;00*49;00*0;000*00)
So comes all external calls as 00049xxxxxxxxx
That is working, its not perfect

Can anyone help for correct settings, i have no reference System for view.

The calls comes over a SIP SBC to a BRI ISDN on OfficeServ

What is the required setting for BRI ? National / ISDN

Check DM 2.7.3 (MMC 846) There is an option there for insert digit. This may be causing your issue.

What system type (OS7100, OS500, etc) and what version?

Perfekt ! its working.
when its dial manual, the insert Digit is ignored.
when redial over Call Log the insert digit (0) was set over 846 was inserted.

That was perfekt... you are the best
