Has anyone tried using this Release when upgrading software? How did it go?

I keep semi active with 35 years worth of clients with installed Nortel/Avaya systems, and was asked for a quote on new IP Office 500v2 system and after doing some research see that new release software is out and new version control cabinet so being leery of any new unproven software wanted to find out if anybody has tried it. There are some comments on the web about upgrading to it and a lot of frustration. I need a new Avaya business partner to team up with for systems ,my old guy seems to have retired . What is a PCC member?
