Hi, Customer has a 7100 4.70 with 8 channel MGI license. IP Phones on the LAN. When they make a call display shows "No MGI Channels Avail." Been working OK for a few years. In #108 every channel shows " Conv with an extension number after the channel number. Tried a remote reboot but came back up the same way. Thanks for your help.

My 1st thought is bgm. I've had this before. Get them to press the hold key on 1 of the extensions you see has an mgi channel in use. They've likely bumped hold then turned the volume down.

Nameless you nailed it! Over time people have pressed the hold button and because there is no music on hold source it plays silence. I had the customer go to the extensions in question and press the hold key and sure enough the extensions cleared from the mgi ports before my very eyes. Thank you Sir.
