I am trying to figure out how to be able to scroll to keys 9-16 on the new IP Phones also is there a check button for me to look at what the keys are programmed for ?

If you can't scroll to the next 8 keys you need to check your licensing. All desiless phones have a scroll key on the phone, I THINK on the 920 it's the multi key. If you aren't licensed then the keys will not show up.
